Terms of Sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of tours offered by Samarcande Voyage, an inbound agency established in Uzbekistan, [company name, address, tax ID].
2. Booking
A request sent from the website is not a booking. The booking is confirmed on receipt of our written confirmation and payment of the deposit.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros, per person, based on a shared double room. They include the services listed under “Included” in the itinerary. International flights are not included.
4. Payment
A 30 % deposit is due on confirmation and the balance thirty days before departure. For bookings made less than thirty days before departure, the full amount is due on confirmation. Payment methods: [bank transfer, card…].
5. Cancellation by the traveller
Any cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation fees: [more than 60 days: …; 60 to 31 days: …; 30 to 8 days: …; less than 8 days: …]. Cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
6. Cancellation by the agency
Every departure is guaranteed from three travellers. If this minimum is not reached, we will inform you at least thirty days before departure and offer another date or a full refund.
7. Travel documents
Travellers are responsible for the validity of their passport and for meeting entry requirements. We confirm in writing the rules in force at the time of booking.
8. Liability and complaints
