To handle your request and, if you book, to organise your trip (hotels, train tickets). Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and performance of the contract.

Who receives it

Our team in Samarkand and the technical providers that deliver messages (Cloudflare, Telegram, Resend). Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

Transfers outside the EU

Our agency is established in Uzbekistan and some providers in the United States. These transfers are necessary to handle your request.

Retention

Three years after our last exchange, unless the law requires longer retention for invoices.
